Shipping
General shipping information:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, dimensions and location of the items in your cart.
Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. This does not include shipping times.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation via email. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive updated tracking details.

We request a ‘signature on delivery’ which is default on all orders. If you ‘request for it to be left in a safe place’, all shipping responsibility for Above The Clouds and AusPost is forfeited.
Unfortunately some shipping restrictions may apply to certain brands and products sold online. If an item cannot be shipped to your shipping destination a message will apply at the cart.
Due to shipping policy restrictions put in place by the brands, international orders for Nike and Birkenstock products are unable to be processed.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer free domestic standard shipping for orders over $350 AUD*.
*Please note: This offer may not apply during promotional periods.
Regular AusPost eParcel: 2-6 business days delivery.
Express AusPost eParcel: 1-3+ business days delivery (extended delivery times apply to remote locations & outside Perth City for WA customers).
Express Post does not constitute next-day delivery.
International Shipping (New Zealand)
We offer both standard and express shipping via AusPost for New Zealand customers.
International Standard (Australia Post International Service): 4-7 business days delivery.
International Express (Australia Post International Service): 2-5 business days delivery.
International Shipping (Rest of World)
We offer standard shipping via AusPost for international customers.
International with Tracking: 10-14 business days delivery approx. depending on location (for country-specific delivery estimates, please contact us).
Once the package has arrived in the destination country, the local postal carrier will use the AusPost tracking number for their system.
International Customs Duties
You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Above The Clouds, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
United States and Canada:
Orders shipped to the United States and Canada are required to pay all applicable customs duties and import taxes at checkout.
United Kingdom:
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom with a value under £135 are required to pay customs duties and import taxes at checkout.
Orders over £135 may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
Europe:
Orders shipped to European countries with a value under €150 are required to pay customs duties and import taxes at checkout.
Orders over €150 may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
Please note: For orders where customs duties and taxes are paid at checkout, this represents a total landed cost. Your order will be delivered directly to your door with no additional charges from your local customs authority.
For all other international destinations, orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are imposed once a shipment reaches its destination and must be borne by the recipient. Above The Clouds has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely by country, and customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our original estimates. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Refused Shipments
If your shipment is refused or not collected from a postal outlet in the allocated time, it will be returned to sender. The order will be shipped again at your request and expense.
Liability
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit with our postage partners.
