Retail Assistants / Sydney (Casual)


Assistant Store Manager / Sydney (Full-time)


The Assistant Store Manager will support our Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal employee will have a knowledgeable interest in fashion, strong leadership skills, and the ability to lead by example in a dynamic retail environment.


Responsibilities include:


Operational Leadership

Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards.

Support inventory levels, merchandise displays and stock replenishment.

Manage the customer refund and exchange process.

Participate in the creation of in-store social media content


Sales and Customer Service

Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales targets on both an individual and team level.

Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries or concerns promptly. 

Train and guide staff on product knowledge, styling and customer engagement to enhance the shopping experience.


Team Leadership

Support the Store Manager in creating and publishing team rosters in a timely manner.

Assist in recruiting, process training, brand training, and developing team members.

Step into the Store Manager role during their absence to ensure seamless operations.


Visual Merchandising

Maintain visually appealing displays in alignment with the vision of the buying team and store manager.

Help implement seasonal updates, promotions and special campaigns.




 



Warehouse Assistant (Part-time / Sydney)




This role will support our warehouse operations, helping to keep stock organised, accurately processed, and moving efficiently between our warehouse and flagship store. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Please note: A full, clean driving licence is required, along with the physical ability to lift and move stock throughout a shift. Availability to work additional hours during peak Christmas periods is essential.


Responsibilities include:


Assist across all warehouse operations, including unpacking stock, repacking stock, and warehouse organisation.

Work with the Inventory Coordinator to manage stock issues and escalate where need be.

Assist with the barcoding and allocating of new stock.

Assist with stock movement between the warehouse and flagship.

Drive company vehicles and ensure they are maintained and kept clean.

Communicate with other departments to coordinate and plan for inventory needs.

Comply with all procedures and rules.
