Digital Marketing Coordinator

Role overview:
  • Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, target audience and budget.
  • Work closely with our external digital marketing contractor across campaign strategy, execution, testing and reporting.
  • Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta business platforms to drive targeted traffic to the website and increase conversation.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote new products, sales and events. This includes audience segmentation, analysing campaign performance, and constantly monitoring the optimisation of flows.
  • Manage the upload of product to the e-commerce platform, including product descriptions.
  • Optimise the websites content and structure to improve its visibility in search engine results pages and attract organic traffic.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing campaigns. Analyse data to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimise the online shopping experience, improve website usability, and increase conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors to inform digital marketing strategies and stay ahead of competition.
