Retail Assistants (Melbourne)

eCommerce Fulfilment Assistant (Sydney, full-time)
Overview of responsibilities: 

The eCommerce Fulfilment Assistant is responsible for ensuring online orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. Focused on delivering a seamless customer experience, this role manages the end-to-end fulfilment process, including picking, packing, and shipping orders within required timeframes.

Working closely with the wider team, the role involves maintaining order accuracy through quality control checks, managing order queues, and communicating any stock issues or discrepancies to customer service. From preparing shipments and coordinating collections to monitoring order amendments, the position plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly and customers informed.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach. Alongside maintaining a clean and organised workspace, the eCommerce Fulfilment Assistant follows company procedures and safety standards while supporting overall warehouse efficiency and contributing to a positive, reliable online shopping experience.

Assistant Retail Manager (Sydney, full-time)

Overview of responsibilities:

The Assistant Retail Manager plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all areas. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role helps oversee opening and closing procedures, maintain compliance with company standards, and manage stock levels, merchandising, and customer transactions including refunds and exchanges.

With a strong focus on sales and service, the Assistant Retail Manager contributes to achieving team and individual targets while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. This includes guiding and developing team members in product knowledge, styling, and customer engagement, helping to build a confident and high-performing retail team.

As a hands-on leader, this role supports team rostering, recruitment, and ongoing development, while stepping up to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager. From maintaining visual merchandising standards to assisting with budgets and payroll, the Assistant Retail Manager ensures a cohesive, well-presented store environment that drives both performance and brand experience.


Digital Content Creator: 3-4 yrs Experience Required (Sydney, full-time)
Overview of responsibilities:

The Digital Content Creator is a hands-on creative role focused on producing high-quality visual content across all digital channels. Blending videography, photography, and design, this role brings products and brand stories to life through engaging, platform-specific content for social media, eCommerce, and marketing campaigns.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director, the creator executes against a content calendar while contributing to creative direction and strategy. From shooting and editing video to capturing product photography and developing graphics, the role plays a key part in shaping a consistent, elevated brand presence across social media, EDMs, and the website.

This position is both collaborative and dynamic, supporting everything from product launches and eCommerce shoots to events and brand activations. With a strong eye for detail and a proactive creative mindset, the Digital Content Creator helps drive fresh ideas, strengthen brand identity, and deliver impactful content across all touch points.
