All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. The prices listed on the website do not include delivery charges. Delivery prices will be automatically calculated in the checkout process based on the delivery option and location you require the item to be shipped.

 

Payment Methods: Credit and Debit Cards

We accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard & American Express. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. You will be asked for your card number, its period of validity and the CVN.

 

Gift cards

Gift cards are available to purchase in store and online.

Gift cards purchased online are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them online at checkout. There are no additional processing fees associated with our gift cards. The gift card is allocated to the email address specified at checkout. 

If purchasing a gift card in store, a physical gift card is available to you. 

All gift cards contain a digital code which can be used both online and in store.

Our gift cards have no expiry date, are not transferable and non-refundable.

 

Credit Notes

Credit notes from returns are issued as gift cards, in an identical process to the above.

Our credit notes can be used in store and online, and have no expiry date. Credit notes are not transferable and non-refundable.

 

PayPal

If using PayPal for your purchase, you will be redirected to Paypal to finalise your order. Once your order is completed, you will be automatically redirected to abovethecloudsstore.com. Please allow your payment screen time to finish loading or your order may not process correctly.

 

Afterpay

We accept Afterpay for online and in store purchases. Refund requests for Afterpay purchases are unable to be sent to any other payment provider.

Launches - Raffle Entries

By entering the raffle for a selected shoe, you (the customer) are responsible for ensuring the correct product size is selected and the information provided is correct.


Size changes and raffle cancellations are possible up until the raffle is drawn through your Above The Clouds account. No size changes or cancellations can be made after the raffle is closed and drawn.

Shipping details are entered upon entry to the raffle, and can be changed through your Above The Clouds account. We do not offer in-store collections for raffled products. Shipping is charged at a $10 flat rate for raffle winners.

The draw end date is in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), and is subject to change at any time at the discretion of Above The Clouds.

By entering you agree to be contacted by Above The Clouds email marketing. Please ensure all email marketing options have been selected before entering the raffle. If you have previously unsubscribed or blocked an email from us, this will prevent you from receiving raffle entry confirmations and wins.

Payments upon entry are only available through use of a credit card. Credit notes and gift cards cannot be used for raffle entries. If you do not have sufficient funds in your account, your entry will be made void immediately.

The raffle draw is randomly generated, and payments are captured immediately upon you being selected as a winner. Should you win, you will be charged immediately for the amount associated with the product and shipping. If you are unsuccessful, you will not be charged.

The transferral of a winning entry to another customer is not possible. 

Refunds, returns or exchanges post draw due to incorrect size selection or change of mind are not possible. All sales are final unless deemed faulty.

Above The Clouds reserves the right to disqualify any customer that is found to be tampering with the entry process/operation of entering the draw or acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

By checking the ‘terms & conditions’ box, and entering the raffle, you are providing approval for the funds associated with the entry to be taken from your designated card at the time of the raffle draw.
